Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our valet parking operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Department: Operations
Reporting To: Executive Director
Salary package: Will be discussed during the interview
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day valet parking operations across assigned sites
• Lead, train, and supervise valet teams and supervisors
• Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Plan and optimize manpower allocation efficiently
• Handle client relationships and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and performance evaluations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Coordinate with HR on staffing, training, and performance management
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in operations management (valet parking or hospitality preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage valet locations
• Valid driving license
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in valet parking or transport operations
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
