Customer Service Agent
- to support our valet parking operations and ensure a smooth customer experience across our sites.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- 1.
- Operate and manage valet parking software systems.
- 2.
- Attend to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- 3.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports.
- 4.
- Handle payment discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
- 5.
- Monitor and follow up on valet staff attendance.
- 6.
- Coordinate with client-side teams to resolve on-site operational issues.
- **Requirements**
- 1.
- UAE experience in customer service or valet parking operations is preferred.
- 2.
- Basic knowledge of software systems and reporting tools.
- 3.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 4.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- 5.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with on-site teams and clients
- 6. **Fluency in Arabic**
- is required (spoken; English proficiency is an advantage)
