Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Mobile Supervisor to oversee valet parking operations across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, and support valet teams in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise valet parking operations across assigned sites
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality and compliance
- Support and guide valet staff, ensuring adherence to company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate staffing, schedules, and shift coverage
- Monitor performance and provide on-the-job training when required
- Ensure proper vehicle handling and safety standards are followed
- Prepare and submit operational reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in valet operations or a similar supervisory role
- Valid UAE driving license with excellent driving skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple locations efficiently
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or parking management
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and safety standards
