Seeking an Operations Manager to join the team in Dubai.
The role calls for a strong background handling different departments, solving challenging situations, delivering results, and communicating complex concepts to employees at all levels.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- Track record of owning end-to-end departmental functions and driving measurable outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Data-driven mindset and comfort using tools such as Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in Forex and the educational system.
Preferred experience
- Experience in Forex or an educational institute is a plus.
- Exposure to regulated environments, especially financial services, is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
