The employer seeks a dedicated Forex Mentor with a trading background, a passion for teaching, and the ability to explain complex concepts to students at different levels.
The mentor will provide personalized guidance to help students develop trading skills and confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group mentorship sessions to traders at various skill levels.
- Share trading strategies, market-analysis techniques, and risk-management principles.
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to students.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and refine their trading approaches.
- Prepare and deliver clear, engaging presentations and training materials.
- Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least 2–3 years of proven Forex or financial-markets trading experience.
- Prior mentorship, teaching, or coaching experience, preferably in trading, finance, or business.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex trading concepts.
- Fluency in at least two languages, with excellent Malayalam proficiency.
- Strong understanding of technical and fundamental market analysis.
- Emotional intelligence, patience, and genuine interest in student success.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional online presence.
Preferred skills
- Experience with TradingView or MT5 is an added advantage.
- A financial-markets or trading-education certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are an added advantage.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
