- Lead the overall operations of multiple façade projects from award to final handover.
- Develop and monitor operational plans, project schedules, manpower, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, and internal departments.
- Ensure engineering, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical approvals are completed on schedule.
- Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Manage factory production, fabrication, logistics, and site installation activities.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, variations, and overall operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, project milestones, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular operational review meetings and provide progress reports to the General Manager.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards.
- Lead Project Managers, Factory Manager, Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, and Site Teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues in coordination with consultants and clients.
- Ensure timely project completion, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.
