Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in the United Arab Emirates.
The role oversees daily operations and supports efficient delivery of consulting services and corporate structuring projects.
The position manages workflows, resource allocation, internal processes, cross-functional coordination, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Support budget management, local regulatory compliance, and strategic planning for firm growth.
- Create documentation, optimize tools and systems, and foster a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management is required, preferably in professional services, consulting, or corporate services.
- Strong process improvement, workflow optimization, project coordination, planning, budgeting, and performance tracking skills are required.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, business structuring, or UAE or GCC regulatory frameworks is useful, with willingness to develop this expertise accepted.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, leadership, team supervision, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Advanced operations or project management qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, accuracy, quality focus, deadline management, and comfort working on-site in the UAE are required.
