You are walking into a brand new flash freeze processing facility inside the Dubai market and you are building the operation from day one alongside the founders.

You will be the most senior person on the floor every morning at 6am.

You manage the team.

You own the production schedule.

You own the quality of everything that leaves this facility.

The founder checks in weekly.

Everything else is yours.

→ Run the daily production schedule — plan it, execute it, report it.

Every day.

→ Manage the QC , Production, and Delivery Driver directly

→ Coordinate daily fruit intake from the Al Aweer market — inspect, accept, reject

→ Oversee all machine production runs from loading to sealed output

→ Own cold storage — temperature compliance, FIFO rotation, weekly inventory

→ Manage outbound delivery — manifests, dispatch, venue communication

→ Ensure HACCP compliance — CCP monitoring, corrective actions, documentation

→ Manage supplier relationships — market vendors, packaging, consumables

→ Submit a weekly report to the founder.

Every day.

No exceptions.

✓ Have built or rebuilt a production or operations process from scratch — not just maintained one someone else built

✓ Have managed a small physical team in food production, cold chain, or FMCG and made it work

✓ Know what a HACCP plan is and have implemented or operated within one

✓ Have been the most senior person on a production floor and made decisions without escalating

✓ Are comfortable at 6am, in a cold facility, working alongside your team — not above them

✓ Have a valid UAE driving licence and genuine UAE operations experience

✓ Can describe a production problem you fixed without being told to fix it

✗ Your last 5 years were spent managing managers — you have not been on a production floor recently

✗ You need a full playbook handed to you before you can operate independently

✗ You have only built teams inside large organisations that already had functioning systems

✗ A daily written report feels like micromanagement rather than professional discipline

✗ 9 to 5 is a boundary you are not willing to occasionally cross

✗ You have never directly managed people doing physical work
