Clarvia is seeking an ambitious Saudi national to join its
team in a pivotal role that combines operations management,
business development, and direct client engagement.

The Role
A foundational role during a critical growth phase, offering
the selected candidate a genuine opportunity to learn directly
from the owner, contribute to meaningful decisions, and grow
with the company over the long term.
The Operations & Growth
Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day operations,
supporting marketing and client acquisition efforts, and
maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage daily operations and develop the firm's internal
systems and workflows
– Support client acquisition efforts targeting law offices
and legal practitioners
– Maintain relationships with existing clients and handle
direct communication
– Execute digital marketing plans and oversee content production
– Prepare periodic reports and track performance indicators
– Contribute to the development of new services and projects

Essential
– Saudi nationality (non-negotiable)
– Full-time commitment (no part-time or parallel work arrangements)
– Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Systems
– 0–3 years of experience (outstanding graduates are welcome)
– Full proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
– Based in Riyadh, or willing to be present as required
Preferred
– Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals
– Prior experience at a law office or consulting firm
– Familiarity with work management tools such as ClickUp,
Notion, LinkedIn, Canva, and CRM systems
– Understanding of the Saudi legal market

Structure
We follow a non-traditional compensation model that reflects
the nature of this role as a shared growth opportunity
rather than a conventional employment arrangement:
Compensation
is based on equity incentives (Phantom Shares)
with a four-year vesting schedule, alongside direct commissions
on clients and revenue the Associate helps bring in.
This
phase requires personal financial readiness from the candidate
before the fixed salary activates.
Phase Two – Transition
A fixed salary is added upon achieving pre-agreed performance
milestones documented in the contract, while equity vesting
and commissions continue.
Phase Three – Full Operation
A complete package including a competitive salary, commissions,
equity incentives, and a clear growth path toward senior
leadership roles within the firm (Senior Associate, Manager,
and Partner).
Full details of the structure will be discussed transparently
with candidates who reach the final interview stage.
Important note: This role is intended for those who see the
opportunity in building a long-term career path and accept
the risk of the foundational phase, not for those seeking
immediate, stable income.
