Part-time, hybrid Operations Director role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility to work from home.
Oversee daily operations, production planning, supply chain coordination, and alignment with quality and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and monitor performance metrics to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation, address operational risks, and collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to support growth in regional renewable energy markets.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management and process optimization skills; manufacturing or renewable energy experience preferred.
- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and supporting evidence-based decisions.
- Team management and leadership experience, including cross-functional collaboration and performance coaching.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
- Customer service orientation and ability to maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety standards in industrial or energy sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency required and additional regional languages are a plus.
- Ability to balance on-site presence in Abu Dhabi with remote collaboration.
