Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an Operations Coordinator.
The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily operational tasks, manage administrative duties, maintain efficient systems, and support overall organizational goals.
This role includes coordinating schedules, ensuring operational efficiency, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating clear communication across departments.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance for streamlined processes
- Excellent Customer Service skills to address inquiries and foster positive relationships
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in an educational institution or similar environment is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operational support
