Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tasks between drivers and the Operations team.
- Assign and track vehicle deliveries, pickups, and transfers.
- Monitor task completion, timelines, and real-time updates.
- Provide drivers with operational instructions and support as their first point of contact.
- Escalate delays, breakdowns, and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain daily logs, trackers, and movement reports.
- Ensure drivers comply with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Eligibility criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in driver coordination, fleet, logistics, or operations.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of fleet or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tracking tools is required.
- A UAE driving license is an added advantage.
