Supports branch and/or regional objectives through operational support and management of sales compliance and regulatory requirements.
Completes complex and diverse tasks within established rules and limits, and may handle escalations from other employees.
Responsibilities
- Build client rapport and credibility as a member of the branch or regional team.
- Review discretionary requests and determine appropriate actions.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives and track metrics and milestones.
- Build stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment.
- Support development of branch administration tools and training; cross-train team members to ensure coverage.
- Perform operational activities and administrative support, including financial and transactional processing, reporting, account processing, documentation, and compliance processing.
- Meet service quality standards to support client relationship retention and growth.
- Identify and escalate irregularities and discrepancies to management and compliance.
- Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and privacy and protect the bank.
- Analyze issues, determine next steps, and make risk-informed decisions in accordance with policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications
- Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Specialized knowledge.
- Good verbal and written communication, organization, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Pay
