About the role
Join SmartCrowd’s core Operations team in Dubai.
Maintain DIFC portal records, verify investor documents, track SPV lifecycles, and support secondary-market share transfers.
Work with Client Relations, Compliance, and the Operations Manager to keep platform and property structures compliant and current.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely corporate, property, and operational documentation in the DIFC portal.
- Review investor passports and supporting documents before share-transfer uploads; coordinate resolution of missing, expired, or incomplete records.
- Assist with secondary share-transfer applications and coordinate with DIFC and the Dubai Land Department as required.
- Track SPV license expiries and statuses, including active and sold properties and strike-off or liquidation processes.
- Maintain operational records and follow up on outstanding DIFC, SPV, and investor requirements.
- Support DIFC filings, property acquisitions, and special operational initiatives.

- Finance, business administration, legal studies, or operations background or coursework is a plus.
- Ability to learn and navigate DIFC portals, Dubai Land Department systems, and internal compliance platforms.
- Careful review of passports, legal identity papers, and corporate documents.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, proactive deadline tracking, and organization.
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE; this is an on-site role.
