Role overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain the DIFC portal and ensure corporate, property, and operational documents are accurate, complete, and updated.
• Review investor passports and supporting documents before uploading them for share transfers.
• Coordinate with Client Relations and Compliance to resolve expired, missing, or incomplete investor records.
• Assist with secondary share transfer applications and coordinate with DIFC and the Dubai Land Department as required.
• Monitor SPV license expiries and statuses, including active and sold properties and strike-off or liquidation processes.
• Maintain operational records and follow up on outstanding DIFC, SPV, and investor requirements.
• Support DIFC filings, property acquisitions, and special initiatives.

• Ability to learn DIFC portals, Dubai Land Department systems, and internal compliance platforms.
• Accurate review of passports, legal identity papers, and corporate documents.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proactive tracking of deadlines, license renewals, and pending documentation.
• Finance, business administration, legal studies, or operations background or coursework is a plus.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE; this is an on-site role.
