Overview
- Process incoming orders and maintain order records
- Prepare, pack, and dispatch shipments using courier partners (e.g., Aramex)
- Coordinate pickups and track deliveries
- Manage returns, exchanges, and stock reconciliation
- Maintain accurate inventory logs
- Handle day-to-day office administration
- Coordinate with banks, free zone, and service providers when required
- Maintain documentation and filing (digital and physical)
- Manage vendor communication and follow-ups
- Support procurement of office and packaging supplies
- Enter sales, expenses, and refunds into Zoho Books (or similar)
- Maintain basic operational reports
- Track order-level profitability inputs (shipping, returns, packaging)
- Support reconciliation preparation for management review
- Monitor and respond to emails and WhatsApp messages
- Log customer feedback and issues
- Escalate sensitive or high-value customer interactions to management
