About This Role
Preparing Shipping Instructions / BLs & submitting to shipping line Checking Draft BL received from shipping lines & getting approval from clients Confirmation of BL drafts & arranging for collection of Original BLs Dispatching original BLs to clients against payment or credit as applicable Preparing & executing Airway Bills Tracking status of shipments & updating to clients Customs Documentation / Exit Entry Preparation (Air / sea / Land) Arranging Transportation Preparing Invoice / Packing list Applying for Certificate of Origin with Dubai Chamber of Commerce Dubai Municipality Documentation, Preparation of FIRS & Phytosanitary Assisting accounts department Coordination with shipping lines / agents Coordination with clients Scanning all job files & uploading in the JBM system Filing & proper upkeep of all documents
