Brief Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand and agree to follow the operating policies concerning promptly and courteously assisting all customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide quick, responsive customer service.
- Issue tickets for drop off and collect the parking fee for pick up.
- Park in the allocated area and drive in a safe manner.
- Handle the customer property with care (car, personal belongings).
- Able to use valet system (handheld devices), with basic cashier skills.
- Escalate any incident/accident as per procedures.
- Full awareness of safety measurements, including traffic management.
- Abide by security rules and perform other duties as required.
- Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and a smart and presentable appearance, including wearing clean and tidy company uniform, whilst on duty,
- Duties may be assigned on any shift of the day.
- Physical fit and able to work outdoor in parking area (in summer, temperature reaches above 40 degrees).
- At least 2-years valet driving experience is a must.
- Able to join immediately and can change employer.
- The salary includes food, accommodation and transportation allowances.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR3,200.00 per month
