Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our Condition Monitoring teams. Ensure safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery across all projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Develop and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance and safety-focused culture. Coordinate resources, workforce planning and scheduling activities. Assist with quoting, cost control, timesheet management and business unit financial performance. Deliver integrated solutions across Condition Monitoring, Inspection, Engineering Consulting and Mechanical Testing services. Support the execution of current business objectives and contribute to future growth strategies. About You Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role. Experience within Condition Monitoring, Inspection, Reliability or related technical services. Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement. Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business and financial performance metrics. Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. A Diploma in Project Management or similar qualification (desirable). VCAT2 or VCAT3 certification (highly desirable).
