CM Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine condition monitoring tasks including vibration analysis, thermography, oil sampling and data collection Carrying out sensor installation, in-situ field balancing and alignment of rotating machinery Analyse machine condition data and identify trends and early indications of failure Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations to maintenance and engineering teams The successful applicant will ideally have VCAT II Vibration Analysis Training and Certification Experience in the Oil and Gas sector is highly regarded (White Hat) 2+ years analysis experience (MHM knowledge advantageous) Lubrication 1 certification Thermography training and qualification highly regarded Hands-on mechanical experience and knowledge with oil/grease sampling Strong communication and people skills Safe work practices and commitment to workplace health and safety About Us: SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
