We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced **Operations Team Lead** to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Operations Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and actively involving in logistics and sales coordination functions to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and timely completion of all operational tasks.

The role requires close coordination with logistics and sales teams, monitoring daily activities, and ensuring that all operational processes are executed efficiently.

The successful candidate will support branch requirements, coordinate procurement activities for branches, and manage operational cases and related issues.

In the absence of any team member, the Operations Team Lead will take ownership of their responsibilities to ensure business continuity and uninterrupted workflow.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, improving team coordination, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities across departments.
  • Actively involve in daily logistics and sales coordination activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration among all departments.
  • Take responsibility for team members' duties during their absence to maintain operational continuity.
  • Support and coordinate branch operational requirements.
  • Provide procurement support for branch requirements and operational needs.
  • Handle and monitor all operational cases and ensure timely resolution.
  • Track daily operational performance and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Support management with operational planning and coordination activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Education

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

  • Logistic/Operational : 3 years (Preferred)

Language

  • English (Preferred)
