Supports daily operations at the employer's Al Rahba dental and orthodontic clinic branch.
Coordinates clinical and non-clinical teams to support service delivery, resource use, and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate branch operations and liaise with doctors, nurses, dental assistants, reception, administration, and other departments.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, shifts, and operational coverage; coordinate patient flow and appointment schedules.
- Ensure supplies, equipment, and other resources are available; monitor cleanliness, maintenance requests, and clinic readiness.
- Support policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance; maintain records, reports, and checklists.
- Escalate operational issues and service disruptions; coordinate with HR, Procurement, IT, Maintenance, and Infection Control.
- Identify operational gaps and assist management with corrective actions to improve efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of progressive hospital front-office experience, with sound knowledge of front-office operations.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies, infection control practices, and Abu Dhabi healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical support services, staff coordination, and patient service operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems; able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Previous experience in a JCI-accredited hospital is preferred.
