WE’RE HIRING: OPERATION ASSISTANT (Abu Dhabi)
Al Farah Gourmet is looking for an **Operation Assistant** to manage day-to-day operations across restaurant & retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations (FOH/BOH + retail flow)
- Staff scheduling, attendance, task assignment, discipline & follow-up
- Quality control: service standards, product availability, cleanliness & hygiene
- Coordinate with kitchen, butchery, delivery/call center and purchasing
- Handle customer issues and ensure fast resolution
- Daily reporting (sales notes, incidents, shortages, action plan)
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in F&B operations (supervisor/shift lead level)
- Strong leadership + problem-solving
- Good English (Arabic is a plus)
- Can work shifts and weekends
- UAE experience preferred
