Employment Type
Fixed-term employment contract (12 months), with strong potential for extension (additional 6 months) and longer-term opportunities based on performance.
We are currently looking to hire a UAE-based Event Operations Assistant to support the coordination and execution of international event operations.
This role will work closely with our team and subcontractors, contributing to the management of operational activities across multiple global projects.
Working Structure
The role offers flexibility during the day, with a focus on outcomes rather than fixed hours.
Given the international nature of our operations, occasional responsiveness outside standard working hours may be required, particularly during active event periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of operational activities across international events
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners across multiple regions
- Assist with logistics planning, including international travel, accommodation, and equipment sourcing
- Track timelines and support smooth pre-event, on-site, and post-event execution
- Provide structured updates and reporting to the central operations team
Requirements
- Based in the UAE
- Comfortable working remotely (home-based)
- Experience in events, operations, or logistics is an advantage
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Fluent in English
- This role offers hands-on exposure to international event delivery and is a strong entry point into a dynamic, global operations environment.
Compensation
AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month (depending on experience)
