Job Overview

Vehicle Imagery

• Capture high-quality images of all retail vehicles after preparation is completed.
• Proficient in DSLR camera operation
• Utilize digital applications (including AI tools) to ensure images highlight key USPs and follow corporate identity standards.
• Ensure consistency in angles, lighting, and vehicle presentation across all retail listings.

Vehicle Videography

• Create or utilize pre-approved digital video templates to generate vehicle walkthroughs or highlight reels.
• Ensure videos are aligned with Purple’s standards and provide a professional customer experience.
• Facilitate the use of digital platforms for distributing videos directly
• Track the usage and effectiveness of video content.

Trade Imagery

• Photograph trade vehicles to meet the requirements of the trade platform.
• Ensure all trade vehicle listings are visually consistent and accurately represent the stock.

Coordination & Support

• Collaborate directly with the Vehicle Progressor to schedule and prioritize vehicle shoots once cars are prepared.
• Align with the Stock Controller on vehicle readiness and timelines.
• Support additional digital initiatives as directed by Digital co-ordinator, ensuring broader alignment across the group’s online platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive photography/videography or digital media production.
• Strong understanding of digital imaging tools and applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted photography solutions is a plus.
• Strong eye for detail and vehicle presentation.
• Demonstrable photography skills
• Ability to manage workflow and prioritize multiple vehicles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and aligned with delivering a professional customer-facing product.
