The Star Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to both potential and existing Mercedes-Benz customers.
This job serves as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to vehicle sales and after-sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous assistance through various communication channels (phone, email, or in person).
- Welcome customers to the showroom, directing them to appropriate team members based on their needs.
- Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through the sales and after-sales processes.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure seamless coordination of customer interactions.
- Provide accurate technical advice and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Record all customer interactions, including inquiries, technical issues, and resolutions, in relevant systems (e.g., CRM).
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm their needs are met and to enhance their ownership experience.
- Generate reports on customer interactions and analyse trends to provide actionable feedback to management.
- Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest Mercedes-Benz products, technologies, and after-sales processes.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.
- Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making.
- Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive after-sales support, service advisory, or technical assistance is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional certifications or degrees in a related field are a plus.
