Role Description

The Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for guiding new customers and partners through a smooth and structured onboarding journey.

Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming and educating new users about Ailoo’s services, setting up accounts, and ensuring all required information is collected and verified accurately.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues, analyzing onboarding data to enhance processes, and providing clear, proactive communication throughout the customer lifecycle.

The Onboarding Specialist will also conduct product walkthroughs, create simple documentation or FAQs as needed, and support continuous improvements to the onboarding experience.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust and engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess experience in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding to manage end-to-end onboarding flows for individual and business users.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to understand onboarding metrics, identify bottlenecks, and support data-driven process improvements.
  • Relevant experience in customer success, account management, or operations within tech, mobility, or subscription-based services is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Riyadh with cross-functional teams are required.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems; fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
