Role Description
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Bucharest, Romania.
The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and managing influencer relationships, developing effective campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and tracking performance metrics.
The role includes identifying potential influencers, negotiating partnerships, and creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align influencer strategies with broader marketing goals will be pivotal.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Influencer Outreach, Partnership Management, and Strategic Campaign Development
- Experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Alignment, and Digital Platforms
- Strong skills in Brand Storytelling, Content Creation, and Messaging Consistency
- Ability to Analyze Performance Metrics and Optimize Campaign Strategies
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills
- Proven ability to adapt to industry trends and emerging digital landscapes
- Experience in a marketing-related role; prior influencer management experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is advantageous
