Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Driver Onboarding Officer role based in Riyadh.
The Driver Onboarding Officer is responsible for guiding new drivers through the end-to-end onboarding process, including document collection, verification, and system registration.
Daily tasks include conducting in-person onboarding sessions, explaining Ailoo’s platform, policies, and earning model, and ensuring drivers understand all safety, compliance, and service standards.
The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues, maintaining accurate records of driver information, and tracking the status of applications.
The Officer will also provide ongoing support to newly onboarded drivers, answer questions, and gather feedback to improve the onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes and policies to drivers from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with truck or vehicle operations (e.g., Truck, Truck Driving, CDL Class A) is an advantage, especially for understanding drivers’ needs and industry practices.
- Experience in onboarding, operations, field coordination, or a similar role in transportation, logistics, or mobility services preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office and data-entry tools, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage a high volume of driver interactions, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for local driver engagement.
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
