Onboarding Program Owner, Revenue Enablement

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
• Hands-on instructional designer and engaging facilitator: proven track record of creating dynamic curricula, practice scenarios, and certifications yourself.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and ability to operationalize them within practical training modules.
• Data-driven mindset with experience partnering with Revenue Operations to connect enablement milestones to ARR growth and sales velocity.
• Tech stack proficiency with platforms like Gong, Hyperbound, Seismic, Rox, Salesforce, and modern enablement/LMS tools.
• Strong executive presence and empathy: comfortable coaching sellers, influencing frontline managers, and presenting to leadership.
• BONUS POINTS:
• Prior experience as an enterprise seller/SE, experience in data/observability/security SaaS, or experience building AI-assisted coaching frameworks.

• The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees are eligible to participate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program. • Base Salary Range$137,400—$175,000 USD
