Responsibilities
- Engage clients to understand business challenges and recommend technology solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Coordinate with engineering, product development, and support teams on project execution.
- Provide pre-sales needs analysis, solution design, and proposal development.
- Provide post-sales support and ongoing technical assistance.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and support business growth.
- Build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Must-have qualifications
- Strong passion for technology and desire to stay current with industry trends and innovations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to build client rapport and trust.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong client experiences.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Prior technical sales or pre-sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
- Understanding of network infrastructure, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, including explaining complex concepts clearly.
