Qualifications

Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish (Creole or French is a plus)
Experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, or HR is preferred
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and employees
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office, Excel
Must be able to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
