Branch Manager
Role Overview
The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for supervision of day-to-day operations, developing and leading a team, growing and maintaining client relations, establishing goals, implementing policies/procedures in compliance with federal and state requirements, and overseeing branch P&L.
This includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams to generate new business, along with recruitment and placement of talent pipelines.

Qualifications
- Must have previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or the staffing industry is a plus
- Superior customer service, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and lead
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
