IT Engineer III - Omnissa Workspace ONE & Power BI
Location: Atlanta, GA (5 Days Onsite - Mandatory) Employment Type: Full-Time / W2 Only
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IT Engineer III with a strong background in ServiceNow Reporting, Power BI, Automation, Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, and macOS support. The ideal candidate will drive operational reporting, dashboard development, process automation, and endpoint engineering initiatives.
Required Skills
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Design and build Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Automate reporting and operational processes using Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, APIs, or similar technologies.
- Partner with engineering, security, and operations teams to define and measure operational metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune administration and support.
- Strong troubleshooting and support experience in Apple macOS environments.
- Monitor endpoint compliance, system health, and security posture.
- Experience documenting incidents, problem resolutions, and change management activities.
