We’re looking for a motivated
Officer – Talent Relations (Qatarization)
- to join our HR team and play a key role in enhancing employee experience and supporting Qatarization initiatives.
- 📌 Key Responsibilities
- Process employee requests and support employee programs
- Maintain accurate employee records across systems and shared folders
- Assist in preparing timely and accurate HR reports
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Act as a mediator in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and investigations
- Support internal communication strategies and company-wide announcements
- Assist in payroll processes and coordinate with the payroll team on employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR on talent retention strategies
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain records of employee relations cases and generate management reports
- Analyze trends and provide insights to strengthen talent relations practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws
- Support special HR projects and organizational initiatives as required
- 🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with
- 0–3 years of experience
- are encouraged to apply
