Since its inception in 2010, National Reference Laboratory (NRL) has expanded from a single standalone reference laboratory to a network of 12 state-of-the-art facilities across the United Arab Emirates.

NRL provides world-class diagnostic services to the M42 network and partners with more than 250 clients from a wide range of market segments, including private and government hospitals, medical centers and clinics, corporate organizations, and other reference laboratories.

We are looking for a proactive and creative Officer, Marketing and Communications to support the planning and execution of marketing, branding, and communication initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging campaigns, coordinate events, manage communication activities, and help strengthen the organization's brand presence across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of marketing and communication strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including social media, public relations, and corporate communications.
  • Assist in planning and managing events, sponsorships, and employee engagement activities.
  • Develop, proofread, and coordinate marketing content and communication materials in English.
  • Coordinate marketing requests from internal stakeholders and ensure timely execution.
  • Support market research, benchmarking, and prepare reports to measure campaign performance and outcomes.
  • Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to support marketing activities.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with organizational standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, branding, and communication principles.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
