NRL provides world-class diagnostic services to the M42 network and partners with more than 250 clients from a wide range of market segments, including private and government hospitals, medical centers and clinics, corporate organizations, and other reference laboratories.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our Core Laboratory team.

The successful candidate will perform a wide range of laboratory tests, ensure accurate and timely reporting of results, maintain quality standards, and contribute to delivering high-quality diagnostic services that support patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing in the Core Laboratory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze and validate laboratory results in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and analyzers.
  • Ensure compliance with DOH/DHA regulations, accreditation requirements, and laboratory policies.
  • Participate in quality control, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Accurately document and report test results using the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
  • Support inventory management and ensure the availability of laboratory supplies.
  • Collaborate effectively with laboratory staff, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
  • Valid DOH or DHA license as a Medical Laboratory Technologist.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably within a Core Laboratory environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, and/or Coagulation.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory quality standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Microsoft Office applications.
