Hiring **Corporate Communications & Public Relations Officer**

  • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's public image and reputation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and industry-specific media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
  • Assist in the planning and coordinating of detailed programs and tours for visits by Government Officials, media and other for high-level and distinguished visitors.
  • Collaborate with the communication team to align PR efforts with the overall communication strategy to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all communication channels.
  • Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and interviews.
  • Prepare executives for media appearances and public speaking engagements.
  • Assist the Protocol Specialist to arrange CEO and company executive protocol during the event, ensuring proper introductions, and adherence to protocol guidelines.
  • Generate content for press kits and distribute press releases, media kits, and feature articles to secure positive coverage.
  • Create high-quality content, including property descriptions, blog posts, press releases, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure all PR activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive media contact list.
  • Monitor and assess media coverage and prepare media reports for internal analysis.
  • Develop and maintain crisis communication plans.
  • Assist in crisis management and handle any negative public relations situations effectively.
  • Monitor and recommend responses to comments, messages, and reviews on social platforms.
  • Develop the company's public relations budget and resources.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Participate in relevant community events and initiatives to increase company visibility

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Qatar
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication & Public Relation or related field
