Job Description: CAV Servicios is seeking a reliable, organized Office Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will handle daily office tasks, coordinate communications, and assist management in maintaining a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support management with various administrative duties as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in a similar industry is an advantage
