About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, discreet, and polished Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of a newly established, high-end healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi.
This pivotal role acts as the CEO’s right hand, combining executive assistance with oversight of the CEO’s office operations, while leading and managing a team of Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support across senior leadership.
You will play a critical role in driving coordination across the executive office, managing high-level relationships, and upholding exceptional standards of professionalism within a confidential, high-profile environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-driven setting and brings a strong track record of supporting senior executives and leading support teams.
Executive & Office Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing internal and external communications
- Proactively manage complex calendars, meetings, and international travel arrangements
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring efficiency and discretion
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and external partners, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Screen and prioritize communications to optimize the CEO’s time and focus
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
Operations & Projects
- Implement and manage office systems, processes, and best practices
- Coordinate executive meetings, special projects, and events with strong attention to detail
- Oversee vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Executive Assistants
- Ensure consistent, high-quality support is delivered across the leadership team
- Foster a collaborative, professional, and service-oriented team environment
Service Excellence
- Demonstrate strong awareness of regional business practices and professional etiquette
- Ensure all interactions reflect professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Role Details
- Fully onsite role based in Abu Dhabi
- Five days per week

Critical Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
- Proven experience managing or leading administrative or executive support teams
Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthcare, family offices, or other confidential, high-profile environments
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
- Nice to Have
- Additional languages are an advantage
