Experience

Required: Must 5–8+ years in a senior operations or office management role (ideally within the construction, fit-out, or architecture industry).

Role Overview

As the Office Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of the firm.

This role requires extensive prior experience in team leadership and cross-departmental coordination.

You will directly oversee, align, and hold accountable the Interior Design, Architectural, Accounts, Admin, and HR teams to ensure seamless workflow, strict deadline adherence, and operational excellence.

  • Manage and synchronize daily operations across all business units.
  • Structure and enforce internal communication protocols and project handoffs.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs, resolve operational bottlenecks, and track overall project timelines.
