Rasmal Ventures’s Rasmal Innovation Fund I is the firm’s inaugural Qatar-based venture capital fund focused on investing in high-growth technology startups and scaleups across the MENA region and internationally, particularly in fintech, AI, HealthTech, logistics, climate tech, and B2B SaaS sectors.
Job Summary
The office manager oversees administrative operations, coordinates office procedures, manages staff support functions, and ensures a productive workplace.
They act as a central point of communication and organization within the company.
1. Office Operations Management
Maintain office systems, procedures, and policies
Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning
Coordinate maintenance and repairs
2. Administrative Support
Supervise administrative staff (receptionists, clerks, assistants)
Manage schedules, meetings, and office calendars
Handle correspondence, filing systems, and records
3. Financial & Budget Duties
Monitor office expenses and budgets
Process invoices, payroll support, and basic bookkeeping
Work with vendors and negotiate contracts
4. Human Resources Support
Assist with onboarding new employees
Maintain employee records and documentation
Support HR policies and workplace compliance
5. Communication & Coordination
Act as liaison between departments and management
Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Ensure internal communication flows smoothly.
