We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the office and provide administrative support across various functions.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage routine tasks efficiently, handle unexpected situations professionally, and ensure smooth office operations.
The role also involves supporting employees, coordinating office procedures, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records and coordinate HR-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, visas, and insurance.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative and financial records.
- Coordinate payroll-related information, invoices, expense claims, and petty cash documentation.
- Understand, coordinate and carry out all FTA related assignments of the organization by adhering to the auditing agency directives.
- Liaise with external service providers, including IT, facility management, and other vendors.
- Maintain office equipment, IT assets, and software license records.
- Coordinate office procurement, inventory, maintenance, and facility services.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company documentation.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Provide administrative support to management and assist with special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ finance or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience in accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in MS Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
