Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Representative – Fresher to join our team.
- This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in the pharmaceutical industry and are eager to gain practical experience in sales and marketing.
- Kindly note this is an entry level job opportunity.
- The selected candidate will work closely with experienced professionals, receive on-the-job training, and contribute to achieving business objectives by promoting the organization’s products and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Participate in training programs and sales skill development activities to strengthen professional knowledge and competencies.
- Support business growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Plan and conduct daily visits to existing and potential associates to communicate product information effectively and build strong professional relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of product sales, customer interactions, and market activities within the assigned territory.
- Collect and document customer feedback regarding product performance and market trends.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review and analysis.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced with a degree in Pharmacy or Science.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car.
- Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
