Medical Representative - Trainee
About This Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Representative – Fresher/Trainee to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in the pharmaceutical industry and are eager to gain practical experience in sales and marketing. Kindly note this is an entry level job opportunity.
The selected candidate will work closely with experienced professionals, receive on-the-job training, and contribute to achieving business objectives by promoting the organization’s products and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Participate in training programs and sales skill development activities to strengthen professional knowledge and competencies.
- Support business growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Plan and conduct daily visits to existing and potential associates to communicate product information effectively and build strong professional relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of product sales, customer interactions, and market activities within the assigned territory.
- Collect and document customer feedback regarding product performance and market trends.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review and analysis.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or 1 year experienced with a degree in Pharmacy or Science.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car.
- Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- The candidate should be based and residing in Al Ain.
