  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional workplace environment.
  • This role is responsible for managing administrative functions, coordinating office resources, supporting internal teams, and maintaining operational excellence across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities while fostering a positive and productive work culture.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate administrative procedures and implement office policies and best practices.
  • Support HR-related activities, including onboarding, employee records, and office communications.
  • Organize meetings, events, travel arrangements, and company activities.
  • Monitor office budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, inquiries, and general administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office workflows and administrative processes.
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing office budgets, vendors, and facilities is an advantage.
