- Support HR-related activities, including onboarding, employee records, and office communications.
- Organize meetings, events, travel arrangements, and company activities.
- Monitor office budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
- Handle incoming correspondence, inquiries, and general administrative support.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve office workflows and administrative processes.
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing office budgets, vendors, and facilities is an advantage.
