Office Engineer supporting project documentation and administrative coordination at an interior fit-out and joinery company.
The company works across commercial, retail, and residential interiors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain project quotation and cost comparison records.
- Document project progress, correspondence, and approvals; maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate project data with design, procurement, and site teams; track status reports and project logs.
- Assist with submittals, reports, client and consultant correspondence, and tender, contract, and payment documentation.
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors on quotations and material submittals; protect records and ensure easy retrieval.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least one year of office or site engineering experience; interior fit-out experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- UAE or GCC joinery/interior fit-out industry experience is preferred.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month; benefits and salary details are to be discussed during the interview.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time role based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
