Experienced CNC Designer Cum Operator sought for a joinery production facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities
- Prepare CNC cutting and programming files from approved joinery shop drawings, and operate CNC router/machining equipment.
- Prepare nesting layouts and optimize sheet utilization to reduce material waste.
- Set machine parameters, cutters, tools, and materials; produce components for cabinets, wall panels, furniture, doors, counters, and custom joinery.
- Read technical drawings, verify dimensions, and coordinate with production supervisors, draftsmen, and carpenters.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance; monitor cutting quality and correct programming or machine issues.
- Maintain production and material efficiency.
Requirements
- CNC experience in a joinery or furniture factory is mandatory.
- Proficiency in woodworking CNC programming/design software; experience with nesting and material optimization is required.
- Strong understanding of MDF, plywood, laminate, veneer, and furniture construction; ability to interpret joinery drawings and dimensions accurately.
- Diploma, technical qualification, or relevant training is preferred; strong practical experience may be considered.
- Two to five years of relevant experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
