Azizi Developments is seeking a professional, well-groomed, service-oriented Office Assistant for the Azizi Florence Sales Gallery in Sharjah.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to clients, guests, and management.
- Provide professional hospitality services to VIP guests and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms, reception areas, and pantry facilities.
- Assist with meeting arrangements and refreshment services.
- Support the administrative team with daily office operations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and customer service.
Candidate requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Be well-groomed, presentable, polite, and professional, with strong customer-service skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, hospitality, or F&B service is preferred.
- VIP guest service or corporate-environment experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to commute to Sharjah; immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary and benefits
- Basic monthly salary is AED 3,000.
- Company-provided accommodation, employment visa, and medical insurance.
- Paid annual leave and an annual air-ticket allowance to the home country.

- The role is based at the Azizi Florence Sales Gallery in Sharjah.
