We are looking for a reliable and organized
Office Associate
to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.
The ideal candidate will assist with office coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks while supporting multiple departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support across the office.
- Manage filing systems, documentation, and data entry tasks accurately.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar scheduling.
- Assist with office supplies management and vendor coordination.
- Support internal teams with administrative requests and operational tasks.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
